- Where customers can track their orders? Once the order is processed and shipped, Underwater Hydraulics will notify you via email. In the email will have all tracking information. If you do not receive an email within 1-2 business days after you order was placed, please send us an email at sales@baytechrentals.com.
- Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done? If you need to change an order that you recently placed, please call us at 504-328-6456 as soon as possible so we can get the correct items shipped to you. However, if the order ships before you contact us, you are fully responsible for returning the items.
- If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done? If you have received only part of your order please contact us as soon as possible. If an order is placed and the items are out of stock, you will be notified by a sales associate prior to the original order being shipped and we will proceed as per your request.
- Can a loyal customer get a discount? We take pride in giving customers the best prices allowable. Many manufactures have set pricing structures and we can only pass down discounts that are allowed.
- How can an order be cancelled? An order can be canceled by immediately contacting us by phone or email. Please be aware, if the order is processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the items on their dime. Please see return policy.
- If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge? If you choose to backorder an out of stock item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge.
- What if my company has an account set up with Bay-Tech Industries and I want to buy from this site? As of right now, this site is set up to accept credit card only as payment. If you have an account set up with Bay-Tech Industries, Inc. please call us at 504-328-6456 to place the order.
